• Items may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order if the item was indicated as returnable on the original listing.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• Certain items may be non-returnable if indicated on the item description page, [e.g., personalized/customized items, digital downloads, etc.].

2. How to Initiate a Return

• To start a return, go to your purchase history and open order details.
• If the Product is refundable and the refund request sending time has not been over then the customer can use the send Refund request button.

3. Return Shipping

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or not as described.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over R1000.00.

4. Refunds

• Once the seller received and inspected your returned item, they will notify you of the status of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

5. Exchanges

• This platform currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact the seller within 7 days of receiving it. The seller will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or replacement.
